Who we are
One accountable UK partner
BP Solutions Limited was set up to solve a problem many UK small and mid-sized businesses share: good people and reliable back-office support are hard to find at a sensible cost, and hiring abroad feels risky.
We give you a single UK company to contract with. We keep your books, run payroll records, legally employ your staff in Pakistan through our Employer of Record service, and supply dedicated BPO teams who work UK hours. You stay in charge of the work. We take care of contracts, payroll, compliance and the day-to-day administration.

Bookkeeping & payroll
Monthly or quarterly bookkeeping, reconciliations, ledgers, payroll records and year-end packs for your accountant, ready for Making Tax Digital.
Employer of Record in Pakistan
Hire full-time staff in Pakistan without opening a local company. We employ them on compliant local contracts while you direct their work.
BPO teams
Dedicated remote staff for customer support, admin, data entry and finance back office, supervised and reported on every month.

How we keep you protected
Hiring and handling data across two countries only works if the paperwork is right. This is the standard we work to.
UK contract, UK law
You contract with a company registered in England and Wales. Our client agreements are governed by English law, with scope and fees agreed in writing before work starts.
Data protection
We handle personal data in line with UK GDPR. Transfers to our team in Pakistan are covered by appropriate safeguards and confidentiality obligations. See our privacy policy.
Local employment compliance
EOR staff get written employment contracts under Pakistani law, with income tax withheld and statutory contributions, leave and final settlements handled as the law requires.
Clear lines of control
You choose the person and direct their daily work. We are the legal employer and carry the employment obligations. This reduces the misclassification risk of using freelancers.
Records you can rely on
Payslips, payroll reports and monthly statements for every person we employ or support, with records kept for at least six years.
Confidentiality and security
Everyone who works on your account signs confidentiality terms. Access to your systems and data is limited to what the role needs.

Where we work
UK company, team in Pakistan, UK hours
Our registered office is in Dagenham, London, and our clients are UK businesses. Our delivery team is in Pakistan and works UK business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm UK time, so you can reach the people doing your work during your own working day.
