1. About us

bpsolutions.uk is operated by BP Solutions Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 16202710, registered office 62 Croppath Road, Dagenham, England RM10 8DB. You can contact us at hello@bpsolutions.uk.

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. Our services are provided under a separate agreement

This website describes our bookkeeping and payroll, Employer of Record and BPO services. It is not an offer capable of acceptance. Any service we provide is governed by a written proposal and client agreement signed by both parties, and those documents take priority over anything on this website.

3. Information on this site

Our guides and other content are general information for UK businesses. They are not legal, tax, accounting or employment advice for your situation. Laws, rates and thresholds change, so please take professional advice, or speak to us, before acting on anything you read here. We work to keep the content accurate and up to date but cannot guarantee that it is complete or current at all times.

4. Using the website

You may view, download and print pages for your own business use. You must not:

  • use the site in any way that breaks the law or is fraudulent;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server it runs on or any connected system;
  • introduce viruses or other harmful material, or attack the site through a denial-of-service attack;
  • copy or republish our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

5. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, graphics, the BP Solutions name and the b/p logo, belongs to BP Solutions Limited or is used under licence. All rights are reserved.

6. Links to other websites

Where the site links to other websites, such as government guidance, WhatsApp, LinkedIn or Facebook, those links are for your information only. We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for their content or how they use your data.

7. Availability

We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or free from errors. We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

8. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, this website or its content, including loss of profits, revenue, business, data or goodwill, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.

9. Privacy and cookies

How we use personal data is explained in our privacy policy and our cookie policy.
