How each service is charged

One clear fee per service

Choose one service or combine them. Each is quoted on its own, so you only pay for what you use.

A one-time set-up fee, then a flat monthly fee per employee. Salaries and statutory contributions are charged at actual cost.

Covers employment contracts, onboarding and offboarding, monthly payroll and payslips, income tax and social security filings, leave and benefits administration, day-to-day HR support and a monthly payroll report.

Every line is listed before you sign, so the monthly invoice holds no surprises.

Recruitment, if needed

One month's salary of the person hired. There is no upfront fee and we replace them once free if they leave within 90 days.

Our commitments

What we stand behind

No security deposit

You do not tie up cash in a deposit. End-of-service dues are billed on the closing invoice.

Our errors, our cost

If a fine or back tax is caused by our own payroll or filing mistake, we pay it.

Salaries paid on time

Salaries reach your team within two working days of your payment, with payslips issued the same day.

How quoting works

From first call to signed agreement

1. Free consultation

A short call about your business, the roles you need or the work you want covered.

2. Written quote

A fixed quote in GBP within one working day, listing every fee and optional extra.

3. Agreement and first payroll

Once the agreement is signed, contracts and registrations take one to two weeks, and your team is paid from the next payroll cycle.

Questions

Pricing questions

Why don't you publish fixed prices?

Fees depend on scope: how many people you employ, any insurance cover you want, your transaction volume and the roles you need. Rather than show a "from" price that rarely matches, we send a written quote for your actual situation within one working day.

What does Employer of Record cost?

A one-time set-up fee when you start, then a flat monthly fee per employee. Salaries and statutory contributions are charged at actual cost and shown line by line. Optional extras, such as life or health insurance, are quoted per employee per year.

Do you take a security deposit?

No. There is no security deposit. Statutory end-of-service dues, such as gratuity, are billed on the closing invoice when an employment ends.

Are there any other charges?

A small percentage service charge applies to extra payroll items such as bonuses, allowances, reimbursements and severance. Every charge is listed in your written quote before you sign.

What if a payroll or filing mistake causes a fine?

If a fine or back tax is caused by our own payroll or filing error, we cover it.

When are salaries paid?

We invoice mid-month. Salaries are paid to each employee's bank account within two working days of receiving your payment, and payslips are issued at the same time.

What currency are fees quoted and invoiced in?

All fees are quoted in pounds sterling, and you receive one monthly invoice in GBP from BP Solutions Limited, a UK company.

How long is the agreement?

Employer of Record agreements have a minimum term of one year, then continue until either side gives one month's written notice. Bookkeeping runs on a monthly rolling agreement.

Do you charge to find candidates?

Only if you ask us to recruit. There is no upfront fee: the fee is one month's salary of the person hired, and if they leave within 90 days we replace them once at no extra cost.
